1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of hemp and cannabinoid products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has shipped.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@shopsocialhemp.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. Please email us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
