Is THCA Legal?
Short answer? It depends on your state.
Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived cannabinoids like THCA are federally legal, provided the final product contains less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. This means we can legally ship THCA flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates to most states.
However, state laws vary. Some states have imposed their own restrictions or bans due to concerns about THCA converting to delta-9 THC when heated. States like Rhode Island, South Dakota, North Carolina, South Carolina, and New Hampshire have regulations that may impact the legality of THCA products.
All our THCA products are third-party lab tested for purity, potency, and compliance.
